Diamond wire cases and accessories
The CSA 100 diamond wire saw is the ideal choice for small and medium-sized tasks and impresses with its lightweight aluminum construction. Despite its low weight, the saw delivers impressive power. A sturdy and durable hydraulic cylinder ensures continuous tensioning of the wire, while also pulling in excess wire.
The saw's quick connectors to the wire feed unit make operation easy and efficient. For added versatility, this saw also features the ability to quickly convert from hydraulic to electric operation by simply replacing the driver panel (CSA-1001). This functionality gives users the flexibility to customize the saw according to specific requirements and job demands. The CSA 100 thus represents the perfect combination of portability, power and adaptability to handle varied tasks.
Diamond wire saw CSA 1001: The aluminum wire magazines are equipped with a rubber bandage for the wire guide. In the event of wear, it can be easily replaced, significantly reducing the cost of the magazines.
The circular saw with diamond wire ensures a clean, circular cut. The saw is mounted by drilling a 120 mm diameter hole in the center of the circle to be cut to attach the circular saw and guide the diamond wire to the cut. The hydraulic motor drives the diamond wire, which ensures a clean cut. Size of cut: Ø 0.50 - 3.20 meters.
Drive units
Thermotech carries several types of drive units for diamond wire saws.
High frequency electric drive:: The modern high-frequency electric drive unit of the wire saw ensures that loss of power to the wire drive wheel is kept to a minimum. The wire speed can be infinitely adjusted using the universal control box HF.27.1. Powerpack HAG-2 provides wire feed when sawing.

Thermotech can supply a wide range of different types of diamond wire.
Orange 10.5 mm: Concrete with up to 3% reinforcement, and soft to hard aggregate.
Blue 11 mm: Concrete with up to 3-8% reinforcement, and hard to extremely hard aggregate
Red 10.5 mm: Abrasive materials.
Black 10.5 mm: Steel, stainless steel, fiber plastic, glass, ceramics and special applications.
Black 8.8 mm: Final cut in soft to hard materials with up to 6% reinforcement. Steel, stainless steel, fiber plastic, glass, ceramics and special applications.
