Our mobile Thermotech LW Cold Cutter is designed to handle cutting and grouting of a variety of pipe types, in addition to other specialty machining tasks.

Thermotech TCB tool holder
Thermotech TCB tool holder is a mechanical accessory for Thermotech's LW cutting machines, which allows for internal down turning of pipes. The TBC tool holder is adjustable from 0° – 45°.
Thermotech LWS spring-loaded tool holder
Thermotech LWS spring-loaded tool holder uses a spring-loaded wheel that follows the external ovality of the pipe. In this way, we get a welded joint adapted to the OD of the pipe.
Thermotech External Tool Holder ETM
Thermotech External Tool Holder ETM can be adapted to Thermotech LW Cold Cutter. This system is designed for OD machining and pipe OD reduction, PE layer removal and more. Axial movements are 188mm. ETM has a feed of 200mm.
Termotech Extended Tool Rail LWX
Termotech Extended Tool Rail LWX enables cutting and grouting of pipes when cutting very close to a flange, where the machine cannot be mounted directly on the pipe. The Termotech Extended Tool Rail LWX provides the extra reach needed to mount the Themotech LW Cold Cutter on the flange to cut the pipe.
Thermotech LW tool holder
Thermotech LW tool holder holds and feeds the tool while the machine is working. Used for both cutting and grouting, they are designed to be durable, reliable and easy to adjust.
Standard lengths are 10mm, 35mm, 60mm and 100mm, but other sizes can be produced on request. Termotech LW bits tool rails are designed for use with 8 mm and 5 mm HSS tool bits.
