Hot tapping
This method enables the connection of new pipes, valves or other equipment to an existing pipeline system while it is still in operation. This has several benefits, including cost savings and minimal downtime.
Using specially designed equipment, such as hot tap valves and drilling units, hot tapping is performed by creating a temporary opening in the pipe while it is in operation. This makes it possible to install necessary connections without affecting the production process. Hot tapping is often used in industries such as oil and gas, water supply, chemical production and other sectors where continuous operation is essential.
This technique helps to minimize downtime, reduce costs associated with production downtime and ensure efficient operations for the installation of new connection points in existing piping systems.

Normaco Bolt Cold Cutter
The Normaco Bolt Cold Cutter is dedicated to cutting bolts from flanges and provides a simple and effective solution for situations where bolts cannot be opened.
By using the Bolt Cold Cutter, operators can safely and precisely remove bolts. This precise cutting process enables quick removal of bolts that would otherwise be difficult to loosen.
Bolt Cold Cutter is designed with a simple and lightweight clamping system that easily clamps around the flange. The included cutting wheel is fed by means of a hand wheel, which ensures stable and even feeding.

Normaco Safety Air Device
Developed with the safety of users in mind, the Normaco Safety Air Device is designed to enable the safe use of pneumatic machinery in accordance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations. This additional device helps to meet and maintain high standards of safety protocols while using Normaco's pneumatic equipment.
Using the Safety Air Device with Thermotech machines adds extra safety features that include protection against accidental activation, emergency stop functions or other safety mechanisms.
